What is juicing and why would you want to have juicing be part of a healthy lifestyle?
Juicing is a way to lose weight. It is said to be better than the water way, where you just drink a lot of water. Juicing is also extremely cleansing and healthy for your body because all of the juices in a juice that you make are always natural and really good for you. There are no chemicals in fruit, as there are in some meats that come off farms, or anything. Juicing is extremely good for you and if you use it correctly, then you can lose some of your weight. But dont count on juicing directly to make you lose all of your weight. You have to excercise, and keep your physical health in really good condition. If you excercise with other people, then you get the chance to socialize and that is extremely healthy since people need to interact with others to be good. If you are healthy, then you are mentally healthy as well. Your brain is an important part of your body and juicing really helps you be healthy. Your emotional and spiritual well being is also affected by how you treat your body. If you beat on your body all the time and dont give it a break, then you probably wont be that healthy.
